No Bubble in the Webshop

There's no real estate bubble in the Webshop, but there's more than a little activity.

Thanks to Ron Gold who introduced us to Lois Manning, President of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board (GHREB), we're producing a website for GHREB -- hang in there Lois, we're almost done -- and for several GHREB members, including for Lois' company, Sugarhill Services Corp., for past GHREB President Ken Morrison's company, Lemor Realty, and for Cal Johnson's Act Quick Realty. (Cal says his daughter named his company.)

Ron Gold is commercial real estate appraiser who covers the Greater New York Metro area. A past President of the New York City Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, he's a class act whose been quick to give referrals. Big thanks, Ron. You're the tops.
